At Loot Machao, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal care items
- Items purchased on clearance or sale (if mentioned)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 45–60 working days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share pictures/videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
