At Loot Machao, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care items
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (if mentioned)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 45–60 working days
  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share pictures/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
